31twu, when you say "Common Share dilution hit" this is not correct. Authorized share increase is not ISSUED shares. In the press release: "...the increase in the number of authorized shares of preferred stock to 20,000,000 and common stock to 950,000,000. These increases are necessary for establishing strategic relationships with corporate partners and acquiring or investing in complementary businesses or products."
IMO this is a longer term win. Just think of a future acquiring company with existing revenues (paying for it with common shares), this move will make the company grow acquiring those revenues and earnings for RMHB bottom line, brilliant. They will have the smarts to pick the right ones to grow.
