Now why would Janice Shell all of a sudden pop back up for a visit? Why so much laser-like interest in a delisted company that will never return from dark status? What could they possibly be worried about?

I'd be worried too. HJOE coming back hurts them badly and I'm patiently waiting to gloat on that glorious day.
