All this Talk on iHub about BK is BS. Hangover Joe is a holding company. So the holding company holds all of shares and controls all of LLC's. The holding company is protected so each LLC is a separate entity and if one goes into BK then the holding company is still protected. The holding company holds all of trademarks, stock, real estate, royalties, patents, etc. So it doesn't matter what happens to one of the LLC's. The shareholders are protected.
