I think everyone is either drinking green beer early, or partaking in March Madness today...
On the settlement front, I would be surprised to see J&J offer much more than $25M to make it all go away - assuming they actually sell of that part of their business. Whether the court would actually rule for anything that much is another matter and I am sure J&J would appeal.
It would be great to just get that part of story behind us and focus on getting product into the market.
Hopefully, DECN will provide some clarity in the Annual Report, but based on how things have gone traditionally, probably not.
