DECN-Very quiet everybody waiting for the next report. Great outcome for the hearing, time is on the side of DECN because they won the important case already and this case doesn't effect them moving forward with products.
I think JNJ will be inclined to settle this some time soon to move forward with the sell of their diabetes unit, we'll see. The original ask was for 400 to 700 million but I think they would settle for less. Considering the market cap is about 8 mill even a small settlement will super charge DECN ability to launch and be aggressive with marketing, probably be good for R&D also.
