Partial summary judgement - what portion is being broken out
Amended complaint is likely the trap portion that had been referred to recently.

There is a very outside chance that his could be ruled on before the end of the year based on the schedule presented. I am sure there will be some delays along the way though, so probably not until 2018. Plenty of new info to come out in the next two quarters though...
