what do you propose they do to Pay employees. Hire MORE, buy supplies,pay the bills, Raise money, potential acquisitions?
Do you know that Funders in the OTC require a large "RESERVE" of shares, up to 5-10x the amount of the funding, to be held at treasury to back their funding?
that means 2mil funding needs 71-142mil as collateral for funds.
