How about we all vote NO unless they can CLEARLY porve that they intend on selling dots by May. Contract signed gets you a YES Steve.
If two processor centers are being built in China...for what? Is that not putting the cart before the horse? If there is a film maker or display maker waiting for those dots than announce it or the answer should be NO. There seems to be no end to the pouring out of shares with out the end result of sales! Right?
