This is why I said months ago OWCP needs to hire a world class IP law firm to protect its tech. IMHO cream will be sold with IRB Helsinki stamps AND "patent pending". That will dissuade legitimate companies from infringing. Asia? Might be a problem with knockoffs in that market, but according to Ziv's recent conversation they are focusing on US first and US companies will not manufacture something that will get them sued.
