So the cream has a patent...
I believe the ratio it's 3% thc/cbd.
Does this mean another company cannot copy this ratio and release their own "topical cure all"? I'm just wondering how protected we are.. We have the studies and irb approval, and soon to be efficacy and way ahead of the game imo.
