Don't really know the answer to that. I do know that CBD oil, made from industrial hemp that is very low in THC, can be sold online. We don't know the ration of CBD/THC in the cream, so can't really answer the question. Also don't know if it's made form cannabis sativa or industrial hemp. My guess is it will be sold strictly in MMJ licensed facilities. For people with psoriasis or related skin disorders, they will need to get a MMJ card. JMO of course.
