I think it goes like this MedMar:
MedMar has exclusive rights to manufacture, distribute, and market OWCP's psoriasis cream in the US;
MedMar will manufacture the base cream in a central location in the US;
MedMar's base cream can't contain CBD or THC or other cannabinoids because it can't cross State lines;
In each MMJ State, MedMar, because it doesn't have it's own license, must purchase CBD/THC oils from licensed companies;
In each MMJ State, MedMar will join the base cream and the CBD/THC oils as per Ms Sani and Dr. Rozenblat's detailed instructions and specifications;
and then MedMar can sell the finished product in each State.
That is my best guess on what the process will be.
I would be very surprised if the framework is not already in place.
If you are in an MMJ State, ask at your local dispensary if they've heard anything about the upcoming cream. Someone might know something, as MedMar must have already signed contracts for the specific ratio of CBD/THC oil required.
