Elsie's point to which I replied:
"Hypothetically,
Since Nanologix (the company) "DOES NOT OWN THE PATENTS" and the N-Assay patents "are owned" by Dr. Faro and BB himself, they don't have to deal with NANOLOGIX at all. Just offer the good Doctor and BB enough money and they can buy the patent themselves. Manufacturing would be done at the NEW companies location and the NNLX shareholders get dry humped.
Just my opinion."
I don't believe what Elsie is opining on is anything close to potential reality and it simply reflects his poor view of both Dr. Faro and Mr. Barnhizer. From what I know, Nanologix had nothing marketable until the CEO invented the two technologies. I have heard Mr. Barnhizer has worked without a payroll check for ten years in order to further NanoLogix, and so Elsie's slimy innuendo doesn't hold water with me.
