Let's take a hypothetical
Let's say a multi-national multi-billion dollar entity for example 3M Medical Diagnostics unit of 3M Health Care saw the potential value of the n-assay......and with the company NNLX value sitting right now at around 10M went and offered 20M for the company with 10M bonus for principles and contract for the next 5 years at 1M ea year for the PRINCIPLES
So for a total buy in at around 40M .....wouldn't that be a super deal for everybody except shareholders.
I don't believe there is anything to stop a transaction like this but that's why I bounce hypotheticals off the experts here at IH
