Here is a comment made by someone close to the company. I found it interesting.
"I didn't think much of the hearing coming up on Monday because it is the beginning of another bloody process. But I have since changed my mind. A loss by DECN Monday will mean a quick (90 day) trip to the Federal Circuit court on Appeal. DECN is playing with house money so I don't think they care much either way.
But a loss by J&J so very early in the process could be crucial.
I am looking for Judge Bouleware to order Mediation anyway."
