DECN- Monday hearing will be a non-event if dismissal is granted maintains current status with DECN releasing their new strip brands and other products and continuing to build sales. If dismissal is denied then that would be a BIG positive for DECN because JNJ is going to be under pressure to pay a settlement sooner rather than later.
