Alan, I've run into that same limitation at Fidelity for years. When a stock like CTIX is at a higher price and you can set a lofty target, set yourself that GTC order but with a 3 day order expiration notice. Fidelity has let me extend those existing orders at the same price, even when the current SP has fallen. Just don't "replace" the order. Modify it..
