After getting a PM from a fellow long stating that he had put in an order to sell all his CTIX shares for $200.00, I decided to do the same. I have some at Etrade set to sell at $20.00 but the bulk of my holdings are held at Fidelity in 2 Roth accounts and a joint account with my wife. When I put in the sell all shares at $200.00 this is the message that came up at preview order:
"

(021906) The limit price you entered is too far away from the last trade for this security. For sell limit orders on stocks trading between $1 - $4.99, the sell limit price cannot be greater than $7.50."
I think $7.50 creates way too much risk that those shares would be captured by the shorts with the right news so I will not place the order. Heck I was worried about the $20.00 GTC getting filled so you can imagine how I feel about the $7.50. Remember the plan is to follow the path of REGN:

Would love to hear if other brokerage firms are limiting GTC's like Fidelity is.
Go CTIX!!!
