Sorry this is not an answer to your questions. I would like to know how many patients out of the 6 in cohort 2 were moderate state of disease. Eventually in my mind a larger trial would be required with the moderate to severe ulcerative colitis patients. My guess is phase 2 with possibility of fast track designation at some point during the trial. I would also like to know if they are working on a combination of a pill along with the foam for ulcerative colitis to be tested in this phase2. I guess we'll know more after the BUP trial is completed. Results so far have been impressive compared to what's out there for first line treatment.
