Class action is ridiculous. Each one of us hit the buy and sell button on this and accepted the risks and or rewards. Perhaps some stayed longer with the company promises and the carrot dangling on the rope, but this is the OTC and everyone of us knows the OTC game.

Not saying they can't come back and stick it to their detractors, but they can also stay dark and private and do quite well while paying Gistrap and themselves with their considerable profits.
