I completely agree that this truly sucks but.... we would have been crushed by KBM on the open market as well.

Now how shit is turning out does truly suck, no buts about it. As long as this doesn't end in bankruptcy I'm good. I think they have the cash to pay a judgement. At least that is what I am praying for.

Talk of class action is just silly, if the company can't pull this out our money is gone, best to just sit it out and see.
