This is confirmation for me that the deal will get done, its just a matter of time.
Thats how i view this news.
I believe we will slowly grow to a higher pps and when a deal is announced we will open up much higher.
What i wanted most out of a deal was for the toxics to be removed, and thats exactly what they are planning to do
just my 2 cents.
