Two of the four new SeD BioMed AMBS Board of Directors (Ronald Wei, our new CFO, and Conn Flanigan, one our new BODs (also general counsel to Heng Fai's Global Medical REIT) have already filed Form 3s with the SEC listing themselves as Directors of AMBS.

Way faster than I think any of us anticipated. It's just awesome to see the AMBS gears starting to grind once again after about a year of collecting dust
