I agree with Both Shallow. Heng Fai also seems to have taken every distressed company he has touched off the pinks and onto legitimate exchanges such as NASDAQ or NYSE.
Conn Flanigan, one of our new BODs under the LOI, is General Counsel at Heng Fai's Global Medical REIT, a company that listed on the NYSE in June 2016.
I have little doubt that Heng Fai will turn AMBS around. I'm sure he realizes that the company has a treasure trove of IP in extremely promising drugs, but because of Gerald's mistakes with the toxics, the company's financial structure got torpedoed all the way down to 1 cent.
