Extended-release version would be a great way to do it -- if you only had to remember to take a pill twice a day, that would be a great improvement, IF it works well. Some of those extended-release drugs don't really keep a constant level of the drug in the system.
But remember -- we don't know yet whether there NEEDS to be a constant level of Kevetrin. Because of what we saw in the Phase 1 with seeming responses even with just one dose and a long wait till the next, it's possible that a dose activate the process, and lasts for awhile. That would be really great, if you just had to take one pill a day and not have to keep a constant blood level.
