DECN- Well JNJ is totally defeated. This is a 15 billion dollar market for glucose monitoring and testing so I can see why they have tried to keep small companies from entering this cash cow market. DECN has succeeded where several others have failed, they were able to avoid getting sued out of existence and beat JNJ in the courts. Although JNJ did manage to hold them back from some prime years of market access and should pay damages but we will see how the damages issue plays out over the next few months. Even without any damages award things are looking great for the next year or two.
