Is UniStrip still in control of their UniStrip 510k? Hopefully someone with better knowledge in the FDA field can explain this to me. It seem UniStrip transferred its 510K to a company called OK BIOTECH CO., LTD. Is this due to problems with the FDA? If so, how is this still on Walmart, Amazon and all other sites? Even better how is this being sold at Walmart under the Equate Brand?
Still confused on why Pharmatech has not sued Unistrip for infringing their patent.
