given the plethora of stock newsletters and sites talking about QTMM,
I think some are following the $$$ that China and Fisher Asset Management represent.
If that is indeed the case, I expect a new base to be established somewhere above where we're currently at.
Money begats Money. If China announced intent in 2015 and Fisher slipped a toe in at end of 2016; I expect Mo-Mo to start picking up at a gradual pace to the race.
