I think QMA is being woven into the essence of China's plan of Growth & Innovation going forward.
I imagine QMA will be a foundation for and or co-own a portion of new innovative companies, (as that seems to be the way of China and Japan).
Filings where required will follow after the fact; but I think there is a reason why multiple firms are sending out investment letters. Stansbury if I rem correctly has people quite familiar w/China.
Fun to watch unfold; but I've still no shares for sale ; )
