To break it down for everyone the following have 30% ownership with their options. If GTG or an investor related to them is investing 10%, outside of profit opportunity, I don't see how they can argue that it won't be utilized for control. 10% could easily be enough with another 10% of investors to vote on a proxy. This drives them to a 13D within 10 days of the date that they exceed 5%. Given the volume over the past week, they should be approaching 5% or just surpassed it.
