OK, I read you on that. I stand corrected on the 5%-stake trigger for filing...but like Stanley seems to have eluded to, I seem to recall there being some additional hot coals to cross when reaching the 10% mark. I'll have to apologize for my limited knowledge of SEC regs here...I've only got so-much room for regulations between my ears...& I get more than my fill with the IRS every April 15th I'm also wondering whether this purchase will be by-way-of a lump-sum 'private placement' , as opposed to piece-meal open-market buying , which appears to be the presumption of the crowd on the other board.
