If the "Buy In" is for QMC-A , They will only share in up to 50% of the "Profits generated in CHINA. If the "Buy In" is for QMC-US, it opens them to up to 50 % of the "Profits Generated in CHINA" that QMC-US has the Joint Agreement with and all of the Profits generated in Japan, Malaysia, USA or any other of the 35 NDA'S still to be heard from. Yes, they will be required to file with the SEC for Beneficial Ownership of more than 5 % of of the "OS".
I would bet it is for 10% of QMC-US and the appropriate filings are in the works.
