Another thing happening is Hnery Klein served a Federal Tort on the SEC Chair nad two sitting commisioners on Nov 7 or 8.
A Fed Tort is the first step of the process that allows the John Q public to sue a Gov't agency if an agreement can't be reached.
The amount of hte tort is for $ 33 M payable to shareholders if he were to win.
He has some inside connections I hear that is helping him move up the ladder and possbily get to sit with AG Jef Sessions and the news SEC chair to present his evidence.
