I'm glad you independently verified it. You are right. The settlement was good for both parties. I think Treaty would have won in a trial, but in the end they didn't admit or deny the charges. They did not plead guilty. They may have a fine that will be determined by the judge, but it may be zero or very little. If their were any ill-gotten gains, they went to former management and not Treaty.

Pay no attention to the bashers on Liarhub. They are not shareholders and are not looking out for shareholders. Their goal is the total destruction of Treaty so their bosses will never have to cover and they all make a ton of money. They will say or do anything to achieve their goal.

Wouldn't be ironic if there was a trip to Belize for shareholders in the future!
