The news that was supposed to come out today was closing the deal with the chinese investors. I think their yearly financial statements were originally supposed to come out today too... from what I've herd they filed an extension for their 10k (yearly) and they reported in their most recent quarterly that the deal with the chinese investors is supposed to be finalized by or before the end of the month..

The reason that the shares are down today is their quarterly report came out yesterday and their sales numbers are way down for the quarter... kind of a wait and see game for now
