This is a fantastic article on the latest in cutting edge regenerative medicine. The article is particularly worthwhile because it discusses what U.S. Army doctors see as the latest advances. Avita Medical's Recell is discussed with Stratagraft. Mallinckrodt $MNK bought out Stratagraft last year. I am heavy into Avita Medical. Obviously relevant to AMBS and ESS as well.
The article also has important relevance to MiMedx (amniotic allografts for heart tissue/orthopedics),AxoGen (peripheral nerve repair w/o donor sites) and Amarantus and MANF (gene therapy for Parkinson's and MANF's ability to improve retinal pigmentosa if Amarantus can ever get back on its feet again). But the real gem is Recell and Avita Medical, which expects to get FDA approval for partial thickness burn injuries this year.
