Paul: Shares of NTGL are due to those that owned shares of NTEK as of the dividend date based on the number of NTEK shares owned. If your brokerage firm had not obtained good delivery of the NTEK shares you purchased as they are required to do then they would be short the NTGL shares you were entitled to. Bu regulation they would be required to buyin whatever shares they were short. They now also realize they are short to you on your NTEK shares and by regulation are required to buyin those shares as well. Hope this is clear. I want my dividend shares. Go NTGL!!!
