I agree Thunder that HJOE's has had no problem waiting things out. I do think there is an agreement in place that once case is settled for them to file and come back in market. We have to pray that you are right and that they don't have to dilute too badly on the share count. The good news as you pointed out is they are getting stronger in Asia and also do have a goal of making their broker model stronger in 2017 which will hopefully lead to more sales in the USA and Europe.
