even if they have to pay the note with interst, they will not have to pay in shares.....no way.
even if there was an insane ruling= -the note of 45k plus another 45 k for interest. }The time allowed to not trade would be worth that, justify that.Since, the pps will sore after trading and they will benefit on a massive scale.
Though I believe kbm will go to trial, I think they then back out prior to the start of it...
