I believe the SEC is aware that the companies goal is to become current in filings and uplist to the pink sheets to begin trading again.
SEC should have no issue with that since we have come to a settlement .

I also believe there is no SEC hold on trading of the stock and that the SEC has no problems with the companies plans.
