Right now DC I do not know anything more than that they settled.
This has to be looked at logically though.
The charges were filed over 2 years ago and the hearing was scheduled for May 1.
Why would Treaty settle so close to the court hearing to the agreement of being shut down and never trading again instead of going to trial and defending it's self. Or gong for all or nothing
