Agreed Atlas, And on October 10th 2016 NTEK Stated to shareholders that they had already erased 1 million dollars in debt and that they worked out the issues for company funding last quarter. Diluting shares to pay NTEK employees doesn't sound to me like the company worked out its issues. Instead it looks like NTEK takes a step backwards when we should be moving forward with reducing the company's debt and dilution!
