Absolutely not true Mike!!! If for example NTEK dilutes 25,000,000 for employees that equates to roughly $700,000 and about 18% less value to you and me. As Ivan stated, NTEK apparently still needs financing so you can add that too to the mix and you quickly see how it ALL matters to shareholder's bottom line. It's not an easy pill to swallow when your investment is already down over 95%.
Someone mentioned the low volume so far today. Well, it shouldn't be a surprise as we still have uncertainty surrounding NTEK. Ivan's letter yesterday, while a nice introductory, left many of us scratching our heads and frankly a little pissed off. I was prepared to add at least a 1/2 million more shares because I felt the diluting was finally over. I believed we would hear news to that effect in Q that is due out in about a week. Well much to my dismay, that's not happenin'. So, the uncertainty continues and while .0276 may look like an attractive share price, I'm not yet convinced it is, not until we get a commitment from NTEK to halt further dilution. It's just that simple. I hate it as much if not more than anyone here but it is what it is.
