Do you know how many states had slavery in 1787????? eh????? Didn't you know that Congress had the authority to ban slavery by 1800....it then extended such to1808....yes this was the same date as the discussion of the electoral college in 1787.
Anyone that uses the topic of slavery to diminish the electoral college has absolutely no fn' idea of history be it truth! You are misinformed.
