I have deleted a post made in violation of state law in many states. The poster Ovidius, who has often made very denigrating statements about CTIX and its CEO, recorded a phone conversation with Leo Ehrlich, without Mr. Ehrlich's knowledge and permission. I have verified this with Mr. Ehrlich.

This kind of behavior is utterly reprehensible. It is beyond belief that someone would not only do this, but post this on a public forum and ask for people to apologize to him/her.

The person who is owed an apology is Mr. Ehrlich.
