Zatt since its being called a Joint Venture I'm thinking
Gulas is going to get paid as CEO of NTEK in some
kind of revenue sharing arrangement rather than
being paid in shares. But we'll see when the
next filings come out.

The big point that matters is can Gulas deliver on
getting great CONTENT deals for UF and
re-accelerating revs again which looking
at his extensive background looks like
he can.
