Any chance possible that the 30 million shares given to Dave Foley wife was being held and just might have something do to this JV. Also they may have wanted it done pre R/S ending it in 2016 financials.
If I'm not mistaking I think DF held almost the same amount of shares in NTEK pre R/S....
Deals like this just doesn't happen overnight......
