So what was it that you liked about SWIG and NTEK??

So far, we don't have any new details about the joint venture. The best we can come up with here is that Ivan is our new CEO, he still must be keeping his SWIG relations/responsibilities, the JV is hopefully a marriage of equals, Jeff Foley is still Chairman and influenced by David, It looks like Ivan has a good win/win character set...
