Your concerns are valid, but pre mature IMHO as the CEO has not been given a chance to respond due to SEC Regulations IMHO.
If the CEO fails to offer a plan that makes "cents" for shareholders.........then I will make a secondary exit strategy. I have learned not to count on anyone other than myself as to entries and exits.........I hold a considerable amount of shares and feel the mere surge of the new Green wave that is about to hit California and Nevada will force the share price of $SGBY up and over .04 whether it will be justified or not by the numbers.......
