Re: Magnum7419 #264
Totally agree here with you Magnum. While I have been negative here with SGBY I still hold my 5.5 Mil shares but can not understand after up listing in Nov. how they did not file timely. Some have stated that with the acquisitions things were not up to snuff. We were told that that was the reason they took so long to close the acquisitions. If so, this is the reason we need a CFO that has been tested and proven being so key. Hiring a CFO would change my mind immensely. A contracted CFO is not exclusive to SGBY thus the problem.
While it is easy to be a Monday morning QB this dilution is something they have to get a grip on immediately. We have conversions weekly with close to 100 Mi converted in a little over a month. WW said he would continue to grow by giving more preferred shares and cash which is obviously going to bite them in the behind. It is time he addresses his rationale to shareholders and explain how we get to 30 labs without using all the A/S without a R/S. This needs to be explained to any shareholder who talks of holding until 2020. For this even yourself must agree.
